1 Plate of mixed vegetables
2 chicken breasts diced
1 packet of Coleman chicken Casserole mix
Add an extra portion of vegetables if you are going to use the leftovers for a chicken soup!!
Cut up all the vegetables
But remember frozen vegetables are just as nutritious as fresh!!
Dice the chicken
Add boiling water to the casserole mix (3/4 pint of water)
Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and mix together.
Cool for 2 hours over a slow heat
and let it simmer!!
