1/2 packet of 500g low fat mince
3 sheets of lasagne
2 cloves of garlic
Chives 2oz cheddar cheese
Tomato and Basil Passata
1 cup of sweet corn
8 florets of Broccoli
Stir fry the mince in a non stick wok
Add the crushed garlic and chopped shallots
Add the mixed herbs and stir
Add the carton of Passata and stir
Add the chopped up
Mushrooms and Broccoli
Add the Sweetcorn
Place some of the mixture at the bottom of the Pyrex Dish
Place 3 sheets of Lasagne on top
Add the rest of the mixture and gently press down.
Finely Grate 2oz of cheddar cheese
Spread this out evenly on top of the Lasagne making sure it covers the corners.
Place in the oven at 140 degrees and cook for 45 minutes
Place on a plate and serve with a side green salad.
